Do you know what successful people do right before they go to bed? They read, write, and reflect. That is, they absorb inspiration relating to their craft, which is their way of picturing or capturing tomorrow’s success.
By engaging in those three activities, successful people are better able to identify: how much progress they are making as it relates to their goals; what direction they want to pursue; and what they need to do to accomplish their goals.
The reality is, no one stumbles into success. Success also has to be studied carefully and thoroughly before it can be mastered and earned.
So many, too many people go through life thinking, hoping and praying that success opportunities will yield to them based on good intentions. I imagine that broke people have good intentions, but they’re still broke. Having good intentions regarding success is meaningless unless action accompanies those intentions. Successful people are always several steps ahead of the game and they never allow tomorrow to catch them unprepared. This mindset, this lifestyle is the determining factor that separates successful people from everyone else.
The reality is, no one stumbles into success. Success has to be studied carefully and thoroughly before it can be mastered and earned. So, do yourself a favor and take a few minutes before bed each night to envision how you would like to spend the rest of your life.
