Have you ever wished you had superpowers? Of course you have, and so have I. If I were given the choice, I would have psionic powers (think Professor X of the X-Men).
I imagine that some of you would choose the gift of immortality—unable to die, age, get sick, or be permanently wounded. What about shapeshifting—the ability to take on the appearance of anyone or anything. How about super intelligence? Having an unlimited memory capacity, unmatched calculation skills, superior reasoning skills and ability to learn new information.
I mean, who wouldn’t want the ability to bend and defy the laws of nature and physics. Imagine soaring over the Grand Canyon without the aid of a helicopter. Or exploring the hidden depths of the ocean on a single breath—marveling at the unique communities of alien plants and animals. Imagine being able to fly into space and exploring distant planets and star systems without the need of a rocket ship.
We have the ability to alter reality…we really do have superpowers!
But why do we as humans desire to have superpowers? Is it because we are unhappy in our fragile physical forms? Physical limitation is certainly a justifiable reason to want superpowers. Or could it be that we desire superpowers because we want to move beyond the monotony of our current existence into a reality of wonderment and boundlessness—to experience everything the Universe has to offer.
I think most people would identify with the latter because deep down we know that despite our physical limitations, we have untapped and unlimited potential. Our mind is the most powerful force in the entire universe, and with that power, we have the ability to alter reality. It is true, we really do have superpowers!
If this is true, then why are so many people dissatisfied with their reality? Why are so many people unhappy and not making choices that would maximize life satisfaction? The answer is quite simple. Many people are trapped in dysfunction, pathology and dissatisfaction because they do not believe they have the ability to get unstuck from the circumstances that are holding them back.
To get unstuck, you must look within and connect with the belief that you are powerful beyond measure. You have the power to do things that you cannot even begin to fathom. But your superpowers will not manifest until you believe you have superpowers.
If you do not see yourself as ever becoming wealthy, then your mind will trigger certain behaviors and habits that will keep you locked in a cycle of poverty. If you do not visualize yourself being in a happy relationship, then you will always attract the worst types of people into your life.
Whatever you believe as true will manifest itself into your reality. Believing is seeing! Stretch your mind and tap into the Universal source of energy that has propelled people like Bob Proctor, Gary Vaynerchuck, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Brian Chesky and Travis Kalanick into levels of extraordinary success. Invoke your superpowers so that you can live the life of your dreams.
Upcoming post: “Results Always Tell The Truth”
We do have superpowers. We create our reality in every moment with every thought. We are Alchemists. I try to remind people of this daily 😉

Believing is seeing. If we believe we are capable of doing something, then we will surely see the result of it.

Love this. I think one of the major reasons why so many people love the Marvel movies like Spiderman, Dr Strange, and X-Men is because on some level, we each know that we are so much greater than what we currently embody. The riddle of how to unleash that potential however is a formidable one that has evaded so many of us. We must keep trying though… we must keep trying.

Who doesn’t want to be superhero? I’ve always loved them, heck, I had a crush on Dash from the Incredibles when I was a little kid.
Thought this was such a unique way to empower people!

Well captured! Perhaps you already know this, but The Incredibles 2 is supposedly coming out in 2018. I’m definitely a fan.
