Solution-Oriented Thinking

Here is something that might come as a shock to you. If your default mode centers on thinking about problems rather than solutions, then you will continually attract problems into your life. Shocking revelation, isn’t it? Of course, I am being facetious. But you get the point. And just in case you missed the point, here it is. Whatever you constantly think about, you will attract into your life.
If you are blighted by negative and pessimistic thoughts throughout your day, then not only will negative thinking erode your mental health, drain your physical energy and kill your enthusiasm, but that mindset will also lead to a host of negative outcomes. And the converse is also true. Opportunities will correspond to the nature of your mindset. That is the law of attraction.
You can have whatever you choose regardless of how impossible that dream or goal might appear. The key to keep in mind is, everything that is coming into your life, you are attracting into your life. Success is attracted to you based on the image you hold in your mind. So center your life on solutions, possibilities, and the experiences you want to see come to life.
Takeaways to Keep in Mind
- Make a decision to focus on solutions, and be positive in your outlook, orientation and behavior.
- Hold an image in your mind of what you want, and you will begin to attract the information, resources, people and network that will help bring that idea to fruition.
- When opportunities present themselves, don’t hesitate to take action.
