There is no nobility in life to grasping onto the past unless you are learning from it. Dynamic change is here to stay, which suggests that it is time to move on from limiting situations that once defined your reality.
It is time to stop being just another face in the crowd. Your days of living your life as an average player must come to an end. It is time to awaken the greatness that resides within your being, and demand greatness from yourself.
But before you arrive at any definitive conclusions, here is what you ought to be thinking about right this moment. Are you willing to welcome and embrace newness into your life? Are you ready to compete for what is yours? And are you willing to lay claim to your birthright—to live as the best version of you? If you say, yes, then what are you prepared to do in the present to ensure that happiness, adventure, wealth, prosperity and unparalleled success define your tomorrow?
It is time to stop being just another face in the crowd.
Are you willing to peep into the future and give your future self a reason to smile? Are you willing to forgo short-term pleasure for the next few years in order to attract long-term success outcomes? Are you willing to embrace a new mental paradigm so as to attract the right information, resources, people and network in order to facilitate your transition from great to phenomenal?
Regardless of what decision you make, one thing is certain and that is, change is here to stay. So you are faced with two choices. The first choice is to adapt, adjust and endeavor to make the rest of your life the best of your life. The second choice is to cling to your present reality and get left behind. The choice is yours!

Love this Josiah. One thing we can guarantee with certainty is that change is here to stay!
Greatness within – awaken! Now that I’ve spoken, I just need to put some action behind my words.
Thanks for the encouragement.

Very timely post in my life. As someone who led change processes throughout my career, I thought I knew all about it. But now it has become an imperative in my personal life and I have a whole new appreciation for the necessity and the difficulty of embracing change. So hard, so complex, so critical. Thanks for the post.

“So hard, so complex, so critical.” That statement sums up “change” and the significance and value attached to it. Thanks for sharing.

FYI, in my blog I shared a poem I wrote about change. If you’re interested, it’s in my post of June 3. I’m a real amateur, but am finding poetry writing helpful in dealing with the changes in my life. Enjoy!

We live in a world that requires us to innovate or adapt the changing environment around us. We have very little control of what happens, but what we can control is ourselves. The decisions we make and how we choose to manage our lives. Sacrificing short-term pleasures for long-term success is vital. I could not agree more that we cannot spend our time on meaningless pleasures that don’t contribute to the long-term wealth of our lives.
