Are you in your thirties, forties or fifties and feel as if your window of opportunity for achieving high levels of success is rapidly closing? Right this moment, you feel as if you are playing from behind just to get a taste and a legit shot at winning.
Well, in this episode of The Mindfullness Show, I discuss how to win from behind despite past mistakes and present setbacks. I discuss how to use your authentic voice to capture the success you desire and live the life you deserve.
Playing and winning from behind is a strategic endeavor that takes focus, intentionality, creativity and a bit of serendipity. Just as important, in order to win from behind, you must believe you have what it takes to achieve your greatest desires, goals and ambitions.

Where I’ve been doesn’t have to determine where I’m going. At any point, I can change my direction and my trajectory. It’s all up to me.
Thanks for the reminder, Josiah.

I think most people understand and know that success hinges on them. But why is it that there is often a big disconnect between what one knows and what one does? Any thoughts?

Because in general, we don’t take responsibility for our own lives. We like having people and situations to blame. Man dig it in Eden – blame his wife and blame God. It is what I am tempted to do right now – blame the weather for not putting me in the right mood, blame the cafe that the background noise is too loud. Wherever we think we can launch blame and it’ll stick.
Until we reframe our thinking, we cannot change our lives. I think I’ll be working on overcoming that temptation forever.

“Until we reframe our thinking, we cannot change our lives.” I think I will lead off today’s podcast episode with this profound statement. Thank you!

I just subscribed to your podcast. I started meditating a few months ago, and I’m loving the results.
