Whatever you believe and accept as true will materialize into your life.
If your thoughts and beliefs are defined by: “I’m not enough,” “I’m not worth being loved,” “It will never work out,” “I can’t do it,” “I’m a total failure,” “I don’t know what I want,” “I’m a bad person,” “I’m going to fail,” “I’ll never make enough money,” “I’m too old,” “I’ll never be happy,” then the subconscious mind will take hold of those self-defeating thoughts, and the negative outcomes associated with your schema will determine your experiences.
Where your focus goes, your energy flows.
If you focus on problems, then you will never see the solutions. For example, if you are in debt and you focus on getting out of debt, then you are likely to remain in debt. If you want to change your financial situation, then your focus should be on wealth-building. If you focus on what is not working, then you will never see the possibilities. When you focus on solutions and and possibilities, then you will have more opportunities.
You attract what you are in harmony with.
Whatever you hold on to in the subconscious mind will begin to move into form and define your reality. If your thoughts and actions are centered on becoming the best version of you, then you will attract the information, resources and people that will reinforce those constructive ideas and patterns of behavior that drive your life and experiences.
