What’s Your Success Routine?

My Morning Routine

Upon waking in the morning, while still in bed, the first thing that I do is recite words of affirmation to myself. All of my affirmations start off with: “I’m so happy and grateful…”

Starting my day by expressing gratitude sets the tone for the rest of that day’s activities. It has been my experience that beginning my day with gratitude gets the wheels of productivity moving in my favor. Practicing gratitude reminds me of the many opportunities that are within my reach.

Find Your System

If you want success, then you must find a success routine that works for YOU. But whatever you do, resist the temptation to mimic another person’s routine just because that person is ultra-successful.

When it comes to success, there is no such thing as one size fits all. No two success stories are the same.

Stick With It

How do you know whether or not a routine will work? Well, you won’t know until you try. Anything besides execution is guesswork. The only way to tell if a particular system will or will not work is to implement it.

Once you have established good daily habits, you must stick with them. The key to success centers on consistently and intentionally putting forth your best effort over time—mingled with a bit of serendipity, of course .
